INSTALL

Students practice procedures to accomplish projects safely, diligently and professionally. Here we seek protocol optimization to become effective and time efficient.


Every good idea must start with a good design...

2D and 3D software tools are mastered to prepare accurate sketches, top views, side views and perspectives. The student is taught to create objects, modify them, move the object to view individual components and give the objects or parts the realistic touch. Applying the knowledge:

A real life scenario... MiTEC is placed at the heart of an industrial estate, surrounded by suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers. Students learn to locate suppliers and interact directly with them. Example: estimate quantity of copper tubes, frames and finishing paint,needed to manufacture your solar panel. present a report and execute the orders. The transition to the real world is further secured by performing inspections, troubleshooting and installations at a selected property.

ELECTROPROPULSION TECHNOLOGY

This area of study is for the design, manufacturing, assebly and maintenance of electric vehicles. Graupner Flash 3.0 models introduce you to basic systems and components. Step up to electric bicycle assembly and finally, be part of an advanced research team with a mission to outperform other vehicle prototypes. Here we train to build the ultimate electric vehicle.

SUSTAINABLE ENERGY

Renewable energy is an industry that grows rapidly due to economical advantages and global warmth awareness. Sustainable energy is an area of study where the students gain a professional understanding of different resources, which locations favour them, and how to maximize overall system performance. We are looking at educating successful free energy providers

ROBOTICS

As the world discovers new ways for supplies to meet the demands of a modern society, robotics enters strongly into the picture. Advantages become a reality when implementing robotics to handle production quantities, quality measures and cost cuts. The goal here is to train competent robotics specialists.

DESIGN

Every idea starts in the creative mind. It can then develop into a useful concept, and finally, into an outstanding product. To get there, it must go thru planning, dimensioning, brain storming, trouble-shooting, modifications, improvements and presentations. The objective is to master the tools and processes that lead towards the best outcome for each step. Design the ideal product.

ELECTROPROPULSION
PROJECT: “GENESIS” (G-1)

An electric vehicle prototype designed,manufactured and assembled by EP students. Every student takes part in the development process and work as a team with the following parameters as objective:
● CAPACITY: 2 people.
● SPEED: OVER 200km/h.
● WEIGHT: <300Kg.
● RANGE: 500Km.


SUSTAINABLE ENERGY
PROJECT : “SELFPOWER”

The design of a self -sufficient home, with the objective to maximize the energy efficiency, with reliable components for each system. Designed, manufactured and installed by SE students.
● PV System (Photovoltaic Power).
● TSP System (Thermal Solar Panel).
● SAH System (Solar Air Heating).
● Evaporative cooling.
● Inverter AC cooling.


ROBOTICS
PROJECT: “EVA”

A robot with artificial intelligence. Designed, manufactured and installed by robotics students to solve human needs implementing capabilities in:
● Mechanical Mobility.
● Object Detection.
● Object Recognition.
● Face Recognition.
● Voice Command.
● Conditional Decision Taking.
● Remote Communication.
